● Involved in all aspects: the Fire Pit, wars, facilitations of projects, etc.
● 3 years a member, 2 in leadership
● Must hold more than one account to hold “Leader” role in all active clans
● Maintain and promote decision-making ethos of the clan
● 1 vote; 2 votes in case of a tie
● Involved in a subclan – helping where needed and required
● Eligible for badges and awards
WARLORD 🔱
● Leader of a sub-clan
● Active in “fire-pit” and “town-hall” discussions (reporting observations and progress of members)
● Has 1 vote
● Oversee, teach, and train a group of Elders
● Set recruitment targets for Elders
● Manages matters relating to badges, awards, and certifications
● Oversee more than 1 band
● Maintain and promote decision-making ethos of the clan
● Eligible for badges and awards
ELDER ⚜️
● Manages a band of 5-8 players.
● Monitors progress of members in their band relating to badges, awards, and certifications
● Report to their designated Warlord.
● Participates in discussions in the Round Table
● Recruit new players (first-hand or indirectly by referrals)
● Holds “Elder” title in-game
● Cannot kick players unless given permission by Warlord
● Players considered for kicking are brought to the attention of the Warlord
● Eligible for badges and certificates
Non-Leadership
CAPTAIN 🛡️
● Member for 1 year.
● Must participate in 1x classic war and CWL for prior year.
● Eligible for badges and certificates.
● Receives Captain badge.
Warrior First Class ⚔️
● Member for 6 months.
● Must participate in 1x classic war and CWL for prior six months
● Eligible for badges and certificates.
● Meet all other activity requirements
Warrior Second Class 🏹
● Member for 3 months.
● Must participate in 1x classic war and CWL for prior three months
● Eligible for badges and certificates.
● Meet all other activity requirements.
Warrior 🗡️
● Member for 1 week.
● Has participated in 2 classic wars and demonstrated they meet all activity requirements throughout these wars.
● Eligible for badges and certificates.
● Meet all activity requirements set by the clan.
● They must have joined a band.
RECRUIT
● The recruit status is granted to all new members.
● They must join our Discord servers and accept activity requirements to remain a recruit and be promoted to Warrior.
● Ineligible for badges and certificates.
● Ineligible for CWL.
● Eligible for classic wars.
Special Status
SAGE or ⚡
● The Sage must have been a Warlord or Chief in order to attain this status.
● They can contribute to discussions in “The Round Table” on discord but cannot vote in the “Fire Pit”.
● The Sage status is granted by the current Warlord’s and Chief.
● Eligible for badges and awards.
BLACK SMITH 🛠️
● Provides technical support to the clan for Discord and elsewhere.
● Monitor the Discord server, construct groups, facilitate and establish the settings for Discord related projects.
● Liaise with the Chief and Warlords for discord and technical projects.
● Have power to kick or deliver bans on infiltrating or threatening player or non-player accounts.
● Eligible for badges and awards.
● Does not need to meet in-game activity requirements.
